Hares

This series of wall-mounted porcelain rabbits was born during a time when the world order felt increasingly unstable. I wanted to create something simply nice, a space of escapism.

Tolena

I grew up with pet rabbits, my best friends. They are still the most beautiful beings: long ears, lean bodies, and strong back legs.  A simplicity of form that is both adorable and powerful.

Tolena and Vlad

These hares leap in and out of the wall as if between reality and imagination. They are a family yet the timeline of who lived when is fluid.

They live on an island in the archipelago — a place shaped by the youthful bravery of their foremother Victoria, who arrived there by ferry in her youth long ago.

The series invites viewers to pause, soften, and enter a place where beauty is uncomplicated, time is flexible, and imagination is allowed to breathe.
